Pre-print
Eight pre-print presses in four locations provide redundancies in operations and exceptional speed to market. We operate the only 10-color, servo driven pre-print presses in North America and ship pre-printed liner anywhere in the world.
- Widths and Ranges
Presses range from 67 to 98 inches wide and web widths run from 35 to 98 inches. - Sheet Sizes
Belt presses allow for large format printing with print repeats matched to the corrugated sheet size ranging from 28 to 180 inches. - Plates and Digital Color Separations
Newly developed in-house production of plates and digital color separations assist with cost control and speed to market. - Substrates and Grades
Kraft, mottled white, bleached and coated liners with grades running from very light to heavy. - Printing Application
From 1-10 colors, metallic/fluorescent inks, plus varnish and UV coatings. Outstanding shelf appeal results from exceptional detail and line screen work including from 85 to 150 line applications. Lithography and Pre-print, with the same look, create a great presentation in product family applications.
Microflute Packaging
Eye-catching graphics with structural integrity can eliminate the need for interior corrugated or secondary packaging, and less weight means lower shipping costs.
A full-feature, state-of-the-art Bobst Asitrade® laminator produces consistent high-quality packaging at competitive prices. We laminate a label or pre-print roll to B, E, F, or N flute single faces. More than just laminating, our converting capabilities include die cutting, windowing and gluing; straight line and auto-bottom.
